This workshop is for ✨anyone✨who is interested in developing a stronger connection with their voice! I am not a musician or singer nor do I desire to be but I find the voice to be one of our most powerful gifts to uncover, activate and claim in a lifetime.
This evening workshop is about listening inward before sounding outward. Once again, you don’t need any vocal or musical background to join us. Our hope is to hold space for you to tune out the noise of the outside world in order to reconnect with the voice within. To empower you with somatic and energy work tools you can use at any time to continue tuning in deeper to Hear Your Truth.

Former opera singer, later-in-life AuDHD discovery, trained in Internal Family Systems , Somatic Release, and Embodied Astrology. - I will guide the first hour in teaching you energy work tools to help tune out the noise and tune in to intuition and inner voice.
