We don’t have to wait for science to study the non-physical- you can be ahead of the game and advance on your own. In this course you will learn empowering tools, techniques, practices and rituals to help boost your confidence and your auric field.
You will activate your innate intuitive abilities, develop a deeper connection to the earth, cosmos and yourself during these 8-weeks. All I ask is that you are open to whatever comes up for you. I am here to support you the entire way.
This course is a prerequisite for the Energy Work Level 2 Course

This is an experiential course so PDF content will be limited but there will be a custom Notion with key info and resources.
Classes will be on Zoom, recorded and sent to you via email 24 hrs after class.
There will be a Slack classroom where you can chat with classmates about your experiences.
One practice day a week where students meet for 45 minutes to exercise new skills. We will collectively agree what day a week this is on our first day of class.
